There are so many upsides to building a home with Andinarvaez Building. Joe and Carol have both a great eye for design details and common sense approach to costs and budgets. They are easily accessible and take a roll up your sleeves approach to every detail, both big and little. They serve as a safety net; they encouraged us to create a house that reflected our unique style but gently reigned us in when our inspirations look better on paper than in reality. They also have a great network of subcontractors; not only are they excellent tradesmen, they seem to want to go the extra mile for the Browns; our house is a testimonial to this strong working relationship.

After our first visit to a Joe Brown built home we knew we wanted one of our own. We felt fortunate to purchase a house they had just finished. Carol and Joe's design/build experience shows through in many different ways. We love the thoughtful use of space - master suite tucked away from the main living area, and kitchen at the very heart of the house. We appreciate their strong aesthetic sense in details like the slate tile inserts in the oak floors, the panelling in the library, the front door (gets singled out for special praise), and the fireplace stonework. We're pleased by how economical the house is to heat and cool, and the attentive followup by Joe and his team of subcontractors.
